• These molds have been made from a very good quality flexible silicone and many casts can be made from one mold provided they are cleaned and stored flat after use.
   

• All the molds are suitable for use with Polymer Clay, Air Drying Clay, Soap, Resin and Casting Plaster, Apoxie Sculpt, and Metal Clay. 
   

• To ensure you receive a perfect mold, each one is individually tested.
   

• Please note:  The Polymer Clay faces are not sold with the molds.
   

• These molds are not food safe.
   

• Most orders will be shipped within a 3 day period and you will be emailed the Tracking Number or Identification Number at that time.
   

• If there has been a delay in processing your order, you will be notified by email.
   

• Bulk orders will take longer.
   

• We only accept returns or exchanges on faulty goods.
   

• If you want to return your purchase please email us within 14 days of delivery.
   

• We will refund or exchange upon receipt of the returned goods.
   

• Any discounts you may have received will be taken into consideration when determining the refund amount.
   

• Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
   

• We are not responsible for parcels that have been lost in the mail.  
   

• If you have a large order it must be insured.
